  Having been to Wardale Williams for many years now, my family's overall experience has always been excellent. Service has always been with a smile and you are never rushed. To date, all my questions/queries have been answered fully and the aftercare is superb. Yes, it can be expensive but that depends on your choice of frame and lens. I have recommended Wardale Williams to others and everyone so far has been happy with their experience.

  I have been taking my 20 month old son there for less than a year and I can really say that the service has been exemplary, the staff is extremely courteous and happy to help. Although I have to pay for my son's frames, I have to say that it's totally worth it. You get personal and caring service, great products and even a cup of tea (or a lolly if lucky like my son!) My son's optician Mark is very knowledgeable and has gone out of his way to make sure his eyes are well looked after and in the best possible condition. Thank you Wardale Halstead!
