Popped in a few months ago to talk about a side gate, told 3 weeks wait, more than happy with that, saw some work in progress and that to looked great, owner said he would pop out and measure up. Hadn't heard anything after 3 weeks so called him, oh, sorry, forgot , will be out soon, well that was over a month ago and nothing as yet, so I've gone elsewhere, to a company who want my money. Will not be recommending this company to anybody.
