  I purchased a Ford Fiesta from here a little over a month ago, cannot fault them. Was able to sort out a test drive within a couple of days of calling up. I got a good deal for the ford and also got free breakdown cover as an add on. So far so good with the fiesta, no problems. Works perfectly as was told. Would recommend this company definitely!

  Really unhappy with the service we received yesterday! Phoned to view a car, all good - battery had to be jumped so we could test drive, but this was fine; owner offered to fit a new battery just for peace of mind. Had a chat about money - a price was discussed alongside a PX for my current vehicle. When we returned that afternoon as agreed, the owner wasn't around & his colleague knew nothing about our meeting earlier. Owner on the phone, ignored everything we had discussed & tried to get more cash out of us. Then told us the warranty & breakdown cover promised would have to be 'put in the post' as couldn't be done without the owner being onsite! We left feeling very messed around & very unhappy with the attitude we were met with. Luckily we then went & found the perfect car elsewhere!

  I purchased a vehicle from CO9 West Car Sales last month and I am happy to say that I am extremely pleased with it. Due to logistics I could not go to view or test the car so just had to rely on what the salesman told me plus a few photos that I was able to enlarge. I was given an accurate description of the car in terms of its condition and any marks or scratches present. I found the whole buying procedure to be hassle free and appreciate the honest appraisal I was given of the vehicle. I found the dealer to be reliable and trustworthy and would purchase from them again in the future.
